Registration Fee:

For Presenting Authors: Please refer to your Acceptance Letter for the Deadline to Pay the Due Conference Registration Fee per Below Payment Schedules through our Fully Secure Online Payment System via Credit Card.

If Paid Before or on April 4, 2025. Due Conference Registration Fee: $399.00; Otherwise, $449.00 If registered and paid after April 4, 2025.

Registration Fee Includes: Three (3) continental breakfasts (on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday); Two lunches (on Wednesday and Thursday); and Refreshments and Assorted Sweets and Snacks/fruits, etc. throughout the whole conference; along with any conference printed materials.

IF The Due Conference Registration Fees by Paper Presenters are Not Paid by APRIL 22, 2025; Unpaid Papers would be Cancelled without notice and Freed Spaces would be assigned to Paid Presenters on our Waiting List.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Although our conferences are planned as In-Person conferences; But we can also offer enough Virtual sessions to accommodate all PAID Presenters and/or Public Attendees who cannot attend in-person due to any reasons. So, you have the flexibility of choosing either of the two modes as we move towards the time of our conferences. Now to the Cancellation/Refund Policy.

For Presenting Authors: Only half of the paid registration fee is refundable if cancellation is made within 45 days after the date of the issuance of the Acceptance Letter. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.

For General Public Attendees: If cancellation is made up to 30 days before the stated start day of the conference, one-half of the paid registration fee is refundable; otherwise, no refund will be issued.
